Common questions.
When do I actually get charged?
Not yet. We're invite-only and free for everyone in beta. When billing ships (Stripe integration is in progress), beta users get grandfathered pricing for the lifetime of the account.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade and downgrade are self-serve from your account settings. Prorated mid-cycle.
Is there a free trial on Pro and Agency?
14 days, no credit card required. After trial ends you drop to Individual unless you upgrade.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your historical orders, sellers, and intelligence stay accessible (read-only) for 90 days after cancellation. Export tools are available throughout. After 90 days, all your data is permanently deleted unless you reactivate.
Do you offer refunds?
